RTD Malaysia move to act against vehicle owners who modify their headlamps with Xenon lights is loudly applauded. Enough is enough for this very hazardous accessory and hopefully RTD would also act against owners that simply modify their vehicles so as to reduce accidents and pollutions especially noise pollution.
